To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 1 business day!
United States shipping rates:
$1.90, on orders up to $2.00
$4.90, on orders from $2.01 up to $17.90
$9.95, on orders over $17.91 up to $45
Free shipping -- orders value at checkout over $45.00 (after discounts)
Shipment processing time
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Genial Day is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return Policy

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened products.
- Due to hygiene regulations, sanitary products (pads, period panties) are non-returnable unless defective.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
