To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 1 business day!

United States shipping rates:

$1.90, on orders up to $2.00

$4.90, on orders from $2.01 up to $17.90 

$9.95, on orders over $17.91 up to $45

Free shipping -- orders value at checkout over $45.00 (after discounts)

Shipment processing time

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Canada shipping rates:

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Genial Day is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

The rules spelled out below are not set in stone and we go above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy. We will try to accommodate all reasonable return requests.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods or if underwear was worn or used.

If you find that product is damaged or the size of underwear is not fitting you well, please contact us, and we will arrange the shipping label. 

In any other cases we will charge the chipping cost.
